The best part is the default auto-gain, out of the boy you can hook up a good shotgun mic and get near-perfect levels out of it

The headphone jack is way too quiet to be of use as well, but the dual record function is setup to keep everything within the safe levels.

My only criticism is that I would like it better if it had totally adjustable gain levels

:Make the display 2 lines so the audio level is easier to read on its own line
