We contacted customer support multiple times over the course of a month only to be kicked around with no proposed solution and ultimately had to trash it out of frustration

Again terrible time with TCL Customer Service to get it approved to send back

I accidentally spray fabreeze on the tv all the time and it still works amazing

The smart features helped in the easiest first time setup ever

The TV will also freeze several times a week while loading media and reboot

Only gripe is the cheap 90's era remote included that isn't wifi (like normal remotes now,) and requires you to accurately point it at the TV receiver - but it still doesn't work right half the time

Only lasted 3 years and gave up, I bought 2 of them for different rooms in the house and both have out and would stop connecting to wifi and freeze all the time

I have a hard time navigating the menu and

and I've only used it 3- 4 times for a couple hours while cleaning and organizing or before bed

and now seems like a good time to submit my review

I waste more time trying to snipe the tv than i do watching it

Some reviews say not as bright as... a TV maybe twice to 4 times the price

Each time TV was broken right out of the box

First time using I get overheating messages and app freeze up and don't work

Would give it 5 starts but TCL customer service was worthless and wasted my time.

Sound and image are both far better than TCL.I totally regret wasting time on this TV and am glad Amazon will let me return it.

The bad: if you lose the remote you're gonna have a bad time trying to navigate anything

I've bought Roku TV's previously and love them as I just need to add the channels that I love, you do need an Internet for this.
