I love the in CD Slot version of this as well as the Air vent ones, however this dashboard mount did not impress me much

I did not want to block the air vents, so I decided to give this a try

I wanted to like this because I wanted a cellphone holder that would stick into my dashboard than the one you stick into your air vent (which I also got but didn't work on my Scion tC 2012 too

I prefer it much better than the versions that clip on to an air vent.

It's never fallen off and just as strong as when I got it (a few months ago)

I attached the metal plate to the inside of my phone protector and it holds just as well as it would attached directly to the phone.

It works as it should, however if you have a phone that charges wirelessly don't get this.

The base of the dashboard mount is a solid A+!
