Company is probably saving money by not putting the correct material on it to stick so buy from another company.

It's never fallen off and just as strong as when I got it (a few months ago)

I attached the metal plate to the inside of my phone protector and it holds just as well as it would attached directly to the phone.

It works as it should, however if you have a phone that charges wirelessly don't get this.
