Don't waste your time and money.

Try this manual setup if the app doesn't work the second time

And the constant chiming the whole time was irritating as heck, returning immediately.

If you have a 5ghz router this will not work and some dual routers have a hard time accepting the lower 2.4ghz

One concern is, I’ve tried setting up the correct date and time but the time is always wrong

I only give it 4 stars for one situation, when i speak and hear across it, if both (camera and cellphone) are connected by wifi the sound is good but if my camera is connected by wifi and my cellphone is connected by 4g or LTE the sound don't have good speed and many time the camera freezed.

It takes a long time for my phone to connect to it and sometimes it just randomly loses connection and can't reconnect so I can't watch the videos

I've tried doing a master reset several times

A few times, the cameras have lost connection and needed to be unplugged/replugged to restart the feed, but overall, these cameras are great and are exactly what I needed

Wicked fast response time for tilting and panning

Had a hard time connecting a lot of the time.

With our devices we would lose connection several times a day or they would turn off when the computer would go to sleep

I can rotate it and see clear video, although connecting to it through mobile data only works half the time for some reason

But I wish it could allow us to set a "quiet time" to not send us alert for motion detection

Works very good for a cheap camera connects every time off-

Although the manual panning takes a while because it pans in bursts not continuously, the preset makes up for it big time

Then I downloaded the app, that crashed on me 7 times before I could finally open it once, entered my network password, and the app proceeded to crash on me several more times

This camera makes an obnoxious clicking noise the entire time we have had it

What an amazing product, the picture is crisp and clear, real time and the audio was fully functional

For the money you will have a hard time finding a better pan/tilt capable camera.

Wifi configuration was easy and the camera works well, sends an alarm every time something moves up there or gets trapped

Voice is a little tricky and doesn't work as good all the time you can hear what the person saying and sometime you can

I received camera in prompt timing

The PTZ function of the app is a little slow and you have to swipe multiple times just to get it to move

But hooked up wired works every time

received the camera in excellent time

I tried setting the time setting but it never really worked

The e-mailed snapshots work great
