I noticed that the camera can be delicate

My son has been getting swimmers ear as well as wax buildup and this camera has made it so much easier for us to treat at home and safely remove the wax as well as check for signs of infection.

It has great camera,I read on questions you have to fully charge or it will disconnect

so I recommend removing entirely then putting it back on exactly how you want it without touching the sensitive camera tip.
