The only (very very minor) issue we have is that the connectors aren't super intuitive to use

This plus side to the flexible connectors is that they don't break during assembly (as with the Whitmor unit I've also bought) ... but they also allow the unit to "spontaneously disassemble" if any kind of weight is added to it

However, while I ordered a 12 cube set, I only received enough wire grids and connectors to assemble 11

Not very easy to put together because the little connectors some are loose and some shoot off while building.

Again, the customer service was great and I would give the product 5 stars, if only the black connectors didn't break and didn't lose their grip after a few uses (connecting and reconnecting).Note:

I am not looking for free connectors (not foolish enough to say no) but they really need to have an option to add additional connectors to your order

A little too much weight on a shelf and the plastic connectors shoot off like Kim Jung Un Rocket Man missiles, leading to potentially complete structural collapse of the unit and potential damage to anything on the unit.

However, I cannot give it five stars because it does not come with enough connectors and because, when the cubes are stacked, there is no way to get connectors to fasten the back two corners of each cube.

My only complaint is that they do not have enough connectors if you change the configuration

I thought these would be similar to the strong, heavy-duty wire cubes made about 15-20 years ago with the strong round connectors (which I own).

Sounds easy on paper, but connecting the metal grids with the flimsy plastic connectors makes for a big headache.

Not enough connectors to make single cubes, bur tespo good at sending more at no cost to build more

During the assembly, 1 connector was broken....

The one nitpick I have is that, unless you are assembling the entire kit as a single unit, you won't have enough connectors to use all the grids

The only thing is that if you split the unit up, you will need extra connectors, but again, not expensive and well worth it!

It didn’t come with enough connectors to assemble the product

I assembled mine to go on each end of a couch and only had enough connectors for 8 cubes on each side leaving 9 grids left over but only 4

n’t feel comfortable using it for my animals let alone using it for storage
