    Texas Instruments TI30XSMVLIMEGRN Calculator

    • has nice cover that snaps on to the front to protect screen and buttons when not in use and thrown in her bag at college.
    • The protective cover easily snaps on the back when in use, or back over the front when not in use
    • -Keys have good tactile feel and register every press (as opposed to a lot of other competitors)Cons:-Funky cover, (clip on vs. slide) but not a big issue at all
    • He did say the cover was a little annoying to take off and put on, but he's satisfied with everything else
    • The cover is a pain to taken on and off, though.
    • In case you haven't noticed, the Casio FX-115ES scientific non-graphing calculator is clearly superior and performs many functions that are omitted on the TI-30XS.Pros: Affordable scientific calculator, dual-power supply (Solar and battery), TI interface (intuitive for existing TI users), nice displayCons: Funky hard-cover (doesn't slide in place like all other TI calculators), lack of a large number of important features
    • My screen finally got a dead spot after several years of not using the protective cover
    • Good school calculator but my son lost the cover.
    • Stepping down to this hunk-o-junk made me realize just how much I like my 84.
    • I have the TI-84 plus and my teacher recommended this cheap-o calc for a college course.
