    Texas Instruments TI30XSMVLIMEGRN Calculator

    • The MultiView is a cool feature your problems look exactly as it does in the study manual
    • This feature makes it much more convenient to use than a single-line calculator
    • However, if there are no limits you absolutely should go for the ti36xs multi view which has a slightly better keypad and way more features for only a little more.
    • This feature is very powerful and quite useful
    • It has excellent features that really speed up calculations.
    • Yes, there are scientific calculators out there that have more features (derivatives, integrals, etc.), but to me those are watered down graphing calculators with functions that most people would not expect a scientific calculator to include
    • It performs well and the solar and battery feature is really nice in case the batteries die on you
    • The MathPrint feature is nice too, because it displays equations as they should look
    • In case you haven't noticed, the Casio FX-115ES scientific non-graphing calculator is clearly superior and performs many functions that are omitted on the TI-30XS.Pros: Affordable scientific calculator, dual-power supply (Solar and battery), TI interface (intuitive for existing TI users), nice displayCons: Funky hard-cover (doesn't slide in place like all other TI calculators), lack of a large number of important features
    • The two features above have me equally won
    • It is so easy to use, and the ability to go back through my calculations and copy and paste them is such a great feature.
    • They're all great calculators though (that have more features, like numeric integration, instant differentials, matricies and imaginary - I argue against those features in scientific calculators, because they're so poorly implemented in comparison to how they're implemented on true CAS calculators like HP50g or tiVoyage).
    • To me, the single best feature of this calculator is that it has multi-line display.
    • Excellent screen for displaying formulas, and a great feature for performing statistical calculations (such as computing variance and standard deviation).
    • Amazing features
    • Apparently there are reset features (not well-indicated in the instructions) however this has not worked
    • It also simplifies fractions for you (not that you'd really need that, but it's good that the feature is available.)If you are taking the actuarial exams, the BA II Plus and the TI-30X are the perfect combination
    • The statistics features are also fantastic featuring the mean, standard deviation,5 number summary and more.
    • The 4-line view is a really nice feature that allows you to view previous calculations
    • Love the multiple line and data/table feature on this one.
    • The ability to follow the steps in the problem on the screen is a very nice feature.
    • So this feature is quite nice since I get to see the last equation I typed.
    • Great features like tables for algebra.
    • Another cool feature is its multiview screen
    • It has awesome features that I didn't expect it to have.
    • It has lots of cool features, including things which aren't blatantly obvious
    • I love the unique features of this calculator, and can highly recommend it to others.
    • This is a really great feature for those who do a lot of calculations and need to look back through their calculations
    • This simple feature would make the calc so much easier to navigate
    • Convenient features including seven variables for storing values at intermediate calculation steps, data feature for statistics, solar power (no need to worry about batteries), and four lines of entries to view.
    • I'm stunned by the features available for the price
    • My favorite feature is that it is able to input fractions right there on its screen
    • Most useful calculator that I've ever owned, never thought you could love a
    • Who will use it will enjoy it as I did.
    • great as always...
    • Works as it should, saved a trip to the store.
    • The rugged high impact credit card holder was not what I had expected; the case makes it difficult to use and ,,,,, it's kind of mis leading as to how you would use it; not what I was expecting.
