I like the slim design, but they just don't stay on my desk

which is a pretty glaring design flaw.

While I like the design, I am a bit disappointed concerning its reliability in staying attached to the surface on which it is held.

The adhesion is well designed on this product as well, although I would suggest taking a paper towel and moistening it with some rubbing alcohol and then wiping the spot under the desk where you're about to fasten it, because that way you're also cleaning the area from dust and dirt--which is what I was recommended to do to give the adhesive a chance to fasten even more effectively
