(The 3M sticky pad is no joke

The 3M adhesive pad is extremely strong, so just work at it to get it off.

It's soft and I am confident it will not damage the headband padding

Nice and out of the way and the sticky pad shows no signs of letting go, even though I frequently take and replace my headsets from this mount.

The sticky pad it comes with holds 2 head sets just fine

The sticky pad mount is very robust

Strong 3m adhesive holds my big cans in place, doesn't mess up the padding, just don't attach it to anything that's going to shake or get knocked a lot, cause your headphone might bounce around enough on the flexible rubber arms to fall off.

The 3m pad is ridiculously strong

It appears just to be a weak sticky pad after a while

so I used a hair dryer to remove the anchor and then reapplied it to another location the adhesive pad is awesome it didnt leave any residue and its held up just fine after being moved

However, two screw holes are provided in the event that the sticky pad eventually fails

I opened it up and the product itself is a really nice silicone material so you don't have to worry about it tearing up the padding on your headsets or them falling off like I read on a couple of other products

I wasn't certain of the placement of the anchor, so I barely pushed it up to the bottom of the desk surface (which is glass), hung one set of headphones on it as a

If this ever comes back to amazon, I HIGHLY recommend it as it seems a great upgrade to the The Anchor Original and well worth the $16.95 I paid (a $5 premium over the $11.95 price at the time of writing)

If you accidentally put in somewhere where you could smack your knee or something on it, it won't hurt as it's hard flexible rubber so A+ for that
