I received my copy of "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Legendary Edition - PC" and was very disappointed to fined that what I got was a "Steam" license, and not a license to install & play the

So imagine my ecstasy when I realized that I could re-buy the Legendary Edition for a mere $20, and get all three add-on's WITH it (as verses paying $50 for those three add-on's purchased individually).

I own 2 copies of Legendary Edition and I am playing them on two computers, one is a dual processor SR-2 by Evga with an NVIDIA gtx 660ti and an Asus Rampage formula with an Intel i7 960 cpu and an NVIDIA gts 650 video card

I discovered it playing at a friends house (very recently) and was considering buying it, when I saw that a definitive 'Legendary' Edition was to be released

Legendary Edition installed correctly but was able to avert the problem by downloading it through STEAM.

I had the original Skyrim and separate DLCs on my XBOX 360 (meaning not legendary edition) and loved it, played it all the time

This is NOT Skyrim Legendary Edition for PC software on DVD as the advertising and packaging would lead you to believe.

As this is the Legendary Edition with all three of the expansion packs, or DLC, there are dragons and werewolves and vampires.

Skyrim itself was pretty big and the legendary edition for PC brings even more content to the table

To sum up, I ordered this version because I live in the woods above 7200 feet and have a somewhat slow internet connection, downloading the balance of the game and 1 DLC took 9 hours, so with Legendary Edition, it is all on the disk and my download time was reduced to 17 minutes.

Legendary Edition is ever better :)

Legendary edition is the way to go for sure with the 3 DLC's, map poster, and sticker (which fits great around the Dell logo on a laptop).I ordered mine from AO Outlet because at the time it was the cheapest (40 for the game and 3 for shipping)

With this Legendary Edition, I didn't have to download and pay for separate DLC's...all of the extras are already included.

The new Legendary Edition comes fully patched with the latest offcial patch 1.9.32.0.8

Skyrim has so much content that even though I've beaten it twice, once on Xbox, and once on PC, and am on my current playthrough I have yet to encounter the DLC in the Legendary Edition

If you have a friend who you want to get into rpgs this is the best way to get them to point in which they will be playing something hardcore like dark souls or an old D&D game like \Neverwinter Nights/Baldur's Gate.
