I respect that they show medicine in a realistic clinical tone,yet a sense of humor and irony,and the drama is tense and exciting

While I found some parts of the drama useful, I found it dark, depressing, and an overall downer at times

I enjoyed the hint of history about the hospital and the excellent drama!

excellent period drama; set design was superb as was the acting.

In summation, I would highly recommend the Knick, especially to lovers of good character dramas or to people with interests in medical practices or public health
