I noticed the decline in quality as well - used to be a smooth blend yet rich and flavorfull now it is just SOUR-BITTER at the end no matter what I do and upset tummy when drinking which never happens to

I hate using k-cups with the waste and all, but it's easier when there are guests who may have different tastes

Defective and when used they broke open on top and grounds in every cup

Some online research seemed to indicate the issue could be cheaper, finer ground coffee used to fill the Kcup

Little weaker, but satisfactory and coffee is way to expensive using the Kureg over coffee grounds which are only about 9 cents a cup.

I've cleaned my keurig and descaled using the official liquid twice thinking it may have been the unit, but the coffee still tastes horrible
