If you played The Sims busting out or Urbz on the GameCube then this will be a nice upgrade

I'll admit the Sims is a lot more fun on computer, but to each is own.

I did not enjoy Sims 3 as much as past Sims games but it is still worth owning.

Sims 3 is more freestyle and not tied to any objectives or missions like previous sims games, yet I would love to see more online play with other sims while doing offline activities.

I am an avid Sims 2 player on pc, like most of my games, but when reading about it for the pc, the reviews were no better.

The Sims 3 is VERY fun and their are no hard annoying trophies just time consuming one like, fulfill 1000 wish's or 250k happiness points, but you will get this over time

While it isn't like the other console games, this game can still hold it's ground, and is one of the most comprehensive sims games to date.

Ended up purposely disappointing the Sims to get my frustration with the game out

My girlfriend loves The Sims and she was pleased to receive this as a gift.

Now I play the SIMS free on the iPad and that has been way more fun than this stupid game.

For example, if two Sims within your Active Household are flirting it up and you select actions for one sim, getting the mood from 'flirty' to 'alluring' to 'extremely irrisistable' and then switch to the second sim to have them do actions... the mood will reset to 'flirty'.

I would recommend this game for anyone who enjoys the sims.

Get this game if you love Sims

though.- Learning Curve was pretty awkward, but there's so many features to the game that this should've been expected, and it really is a big (but amazing) change from Sims 2.- Sims can die and age

Speaking from a strictly console gamers perspective this game is the most amazing sims experience I have ever played, however it's also the most frustrating

With the amount of things that you can do in this game, this will keep any die-hard sims fan busy for hours and hours.

The SIMS 3 for PS3 is horrible, is not dynamic as it is the PC game, I prefer the pc game a thousand times more!!

On this game all this is handled much better and the Sims actually feel more like real people because of it, additionally they have added a lot more social options in here

i think the sims would be much more better and come on they should have the Sims nude and have to click the map to travel is ignoring this is like for a 3 year old to play not a teen uh the hold game is all messed up and stink they need to upgrade and the exchange omg it takes forever to download and come

Although I do enjoy playing the Sims 3 more because instead of being worried about comfort and room the mood bars they took out it is less stressful and a more enjoyable experience

I would wait until The Sims becomes a third person game and stops making Sims look like cartoon characters

Fun if you like the SIMS but load times are kinda long.

You can cause earthquakes, solar flares, bring dead sims back to life, make sims beautiful (or not so beautiful), bottom out all their needs (Hunger, Bladder, Energy, etc) and more

My Sims turned invisible, my houses reset themselves, I became unable to build new homes, and the game started freezing up on the loading screen

Lots of fun if you love the Sims.

were the relationships, your Sims didn't interact based on their personality types or what their moods were, well they sort of did but even if two Sims got along and even if they were both in a good mood they still had a chance of getting into a big argument over nothing
