You get a lot of new interactions mostly with this new game pack, but there is also the new parenting skill, a cool family bulletin board to leave notes on and set a curfew for your children, if you want them to have a curfew, several new outfits/clothing items for male and female sims, and new hairstyles for both male and female sims as well

You do not know how this will affect character values at first, but when you get to a high enough parenting skill level the game will tell you the exact results

The new parenting skill is a full skill with 10 levels

The parents also have a Parenting Skill that unlocks new ways to influence your children

You won't really know what kind of foods they like as it can vary between picker eaters
