The Sims 4 - PC/Mac

• He said he didn't like it and most people on here said the same
• People who like to try everything once may get bored quickly
• Also, side note, if you're the kind of person who plays the Sims for the chance to ruin other people's lives, I just want to point out that it is so so much harder to catch things on fire in this game
• I wasn't real happy about certain things either, but once purchasing the game, I have grown to love it and feel like people are not giving it a fair chance.
• I know some people are upset about the toddler phase taken
• Some people have had issues with the game crashing if they play in online mode all the time
• In some ways it's worse than the sime 3 but people have said enough of that
• To put it simply, the wrong people worked on the development of this game
• This is the case with pretty much every game anymore, so be aware that many "huge" or "unfixable" issues people were freaking out about have already been fixed
• Let me start by saying i understand that people are upset thinking that there is less content
• If they decided to release a new macbook, but took away many features from the previous, many people would be upset
• The people are more vivid and warm, with a larger set of interactions
• Wow, people were not lying when they said this Mac port was a rushed job
• People largely don't seem to like drastic change, myself included
• I think most people here are just mad because it is not the same as the Sims 3
• It's so fun and realistic, and it's really cool how you can make people look like everyday people, especially when you use Cotton Content.
• Many people are complaining that The Sims 4 seems dull or plain
• One of the biggest things that people don't like (and well
• That's a reasonable question, especially after so many people experienced performance issues with The Sims 3 on machines which should have been able to play the game well (even some expensive, top-of-the-line gaming PC's had trouble with that one)
• People just hate change, especially gamers
• Or garden and chat, just like people do
• I understand that people are upset in what was left out but why not focus on what was added and enjoy this game for what it is and enjoy the ride of what it will become
• People complained about no pools and ghosts
• People complaining about not having an open world clearly haven't explored much of the game
• People are complaining because there is no toddler in this game.
• It feels like a lot of the features have been taken away to gear it toward people unfamiliar with The Sims games
• EA is really really brave with this game, stripping it down to near tablet level and trying to sucker people into the same ferret's wheel again, only with a worse framework to base the rat race upon
• If you like the aspect of building houses and creating small replicas of famous people then purchase this
• I can see how people are upset, because they really hyped up the release of Sims 4, but it doesnt feel much different then Sims 3.
• Now, they have made their return, and once again we have funny, strange little people in our games again
• People hated Sims 3 when it came out
• My review will be just on Sims 4 and how much I did or did not enjoy it so that other people who are like me and have not played the Sims before can decide if they would like to purchase the Sims 4 or not
• I think these people its doing somethig wrong with the program code.
• Some people are disappointed with the more "cartoonish" style the Sims 4 went with
• To put it simply, the wrong people worked on the development of this game
• So for all you people who like to customize things, create beautiful awe-inspiring worlds, or just roam the land looking for interesting and unique activities in your town
• Many people have dreaded that this game would be a disaster because of the things that were cut either due to time constraints, technical difficulties, or simply because of the direction that the development team decided to take (Toddlers, pools, Create a Style, open world, burglars, etc.)
• Not that the game freezes, just the people themselves
• Neighbourhoods - Many people don't like the idea that Sims 4 is no longer an 'open world' game
• and I think people should stop hating it before giving it a genuine chance
• That's why so many people are completely disgusted with this game.....on a side note, it hasn't crashed on me in a long time
• No other such game exists and they know that people, like me, love it.
• EA just ripping people off as usual
• So I will first address some issues that people seem to hate/miss from prior games
• So many people have already voiced my complaints on here
• Some people don't like this
• I don't know what all the other people are saying bad about
• I love checking off boxes to try and meet my goals!I just cannot fathom how people who haven't played rate the game and people complain about a base game when EA has never made a good Pet
• People were disappointed that you can’t see where they go, but in the Sims 3 you can’t see what they are doing anyways
• I think a big reason why so many people are upset, is because to pay $60-70 for this game comes with high expectations
• the Sims3 when it launched was truly broken, and it took awhile to bring it up, but now despite the fact that Sims4 is not broken, people are unwilling to give it a chance and are unfairly comparing it to a fully loaded, expanded, modded, and patched Sims3.Are there some misses with Sims4
• Why are people so angry?!!
• The multi tasking helps to keep the household alive when doing certain things instead of being cut off like in the sims 3.Content and moods:I know people are worried the game doesn't have alot to offer in the way of
• but people were sad that pets were not in the base game
• The one thing that people were upset about was the lack of open world
• People hated Sims 2 when it first came out
• The sims look like real people (gone are the unrealistic jagged edges from The Sims 3
• Some people have complained, but I personally think it's a wide variety
• Other people you will be embarrassed for though
• Not enough to make up for some other poorer aspects of the game, but like I can appreciate how the river behind my house looks like a river, and how the people actually look like people, and that pretty tree that blocks half of my house
• It's disappointing to see so many people who claim to love the franchise be so opposed to the newest chapter of the Sims saga
• Now people hate Sims 4 and say how much better Sims 2 and 3 are
