My blue ray player is region 1, and I had absolutely no trouble playing these discs

Cardboard fold outs with slots that do not hold the discs in place, nor protect them

Forget the 2 music discs from the Euro set - this is packaged so that no disc ever bites the dust - it's all just perfect.

All the discs work great and the code for iTunes was also good

We should have checked them sooner because the return time is up and we are stuck with defective discs.

All the discs do seem to play but the containers are trashed.

Was supposed to be new, but discs were very scratched, wouldn't play some episodes, and would stop in the middle of an episode skipping parts of the show.

While the show is great, the way these complete series deals are packaged the discs get scratched beyond repair, and this one is no different.

If you call Amazon, they might give you a 30% refund, which would cover the disc-cleaning, like they did for me

Buyers would be better off getting each season individually as the chance of defective discs is less of a hassle since you don't have to send the enteire series back just for one or two defective discs

I ordered the UK import first and the packaging was terrible (in addition to being damaged) and the first disc kept freezing

All the discs were fine except for the Disc 2 of Season 5, which is cracked from the centre and it makes it unplayable.

it seems line alot of scenes are missing and one disc keeps freezing up on me and skips also the case is falling apart

I opened mine up and 7 discs were completely out of their slot and they fell allover the floor
