Why it took two weeks for tech support to send me what is clearly a common template reponse was mystery.

but I did come to understand the poor response due to holidays and high tech support due to some recent new products.

So I called into the tech support hotline.

No return email from tech support yet

Tech support reply was very slow - two weeks before I got an answer.

Did email to tech support but with Easter weekend don't expect a reply for a few days.
