Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X Flight Stick

    • Excellent HOTAS
    • It is an excellent HOTAS for flight sims though and is worth its price.
    • It is a cheap HOTAS after all
    • Great HOTAS for the price
    • A more expensive HOTAS will usually have better materials and more switches on them, right?)As a CHEAP HOTAS, though, it's great
    • I'd recommend this as first time HOTAS for new users
    • Great hotas works well and built well for the price
    • Overall, its a good HOTAS and the only option anywhere near its price range
    • Great Hotas

    • dangerous")$50 is considerably more affordable then other HOTAS that start at $130ConsFlight stick is not as smooth or accurate as I would
    • Would recommend for a nice cheap HOTAS stick
    • Great hotas works well and built well for the price
    • Throttle's action isn't great, there are noises that concern me and places where the throttle seems to want to click into place (particularly, the nonexistent dead zone) that it simply doesn'tAll in all, this is probably the best budget HOTAS you can get, but there are reasons why non-budget ones cost more
    • Great entry level HOTAS, used heavily with Elite Dangerous so
    • For the price, this is a fantastic HOTAS setup
    • This is not the worst Hotas set I have used but honestly spend the extra money and get the Logitech equivalent for just a bit more as the performance surpasses the Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X.
    • Overall a good HOTAS, dependable, with a meat and potatoes sturdiness
    • So far I love the Hotas
    • Other than that, after you fix the deadzone issue, you get a solid HOTAS for a great price!
    • Either save money and get the Logitech or shell out for the x52 and its plentiful HOTAS controls.
    • While the Hotas X definitely feels like a *toy* made for playing *games* and not a *replica* made for playing *sims*, the build quality is actually
    • This is an amazing Hotas for it's price
    • I totally recommend this HOTAS, as my experience with it was really great.
    • Upgraded to the Warthog on a sale, and I can say the Hotas X is certainly not "perfect" like the Warthog, but if it had more buttons I wouldn't miss it too badly if I had to go back to it
    • You won't get a better HOTAS in this price range.
    • I do have much more expensive HOTAS
    • Decent HOTAS (Hands On Throttle And Stick for the unfamiliar), absolutely great for the price
    • No question that it is the best HOTAS for the money and is competitive with devices selling for more

    • Good solid Hotas

    • I like it, a good HOTAS system for cheap
    • All in all, it's a fine HOTAS system at a very reasonable price.
    • Very comfortable, plenty of buttons, and if you're looking at something for specifically Elite dangerous, some of the fancier HOTAS setups have a flaw that the throttle only goes
    • It is really a good hotas for any price
    • I was tempted to give this a 3, but for the price it is a very well done HOTAS
    • Especially useful if your rig has the latest motherboards since the other, more pricey hotas simply does not work on these new platforms.
    • Makes for a great HOTAS assembly for Elite: Dangerous
    • 1St Hotas, the Throttle glides easily, too easily but slightly clicks in the middle, useful for 50% Thrust or forward and reverse thrust.

    • PROSThis is a nice HOTAS (Hands On Throttle And Stick) joystick
    • nice hotas
    • So buy something you're comfortable with, but I wouldn't recommend the Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas because they're are not that great.
    • is well made for the price came in at 54.87 total with expedited and was here in 2 days easy to set up mappings and has plenty of analog axis's for many surface flight controls and 12 programable buttons and resistance in the joystick and even works on my PS3 which was more bang for my buck will have to look into a more expensive HOTAS from Thrustmaster soon!
    • Great cheap HOTAS.
    • darn this is a good hotas, worth every cent
    • I took it for a brief test flight using FlightGear which, as of version 2.4, supports the T-Flight HOTAS "out of the box".While the stick can be programmed, I haven't actually used that feature because the controls are just right as they are, although the option is there if you want it.
    • This is definitely the perfect entry level HOTAS for your games by far.
    • Not the best Hotas, but worth the price
    • It doesn't have as many buttons or switches as the more expensive HOTAS sticks, but for less than half the price of the next contender, it's a pretty damn good deal
    • Great HOTAS joystick at a fraction of the cost of other models with similar options.
    • It does have a few creaks and a little slop when moving the controls, but it is simply the very best HOTAS at this price point.
    • Build quality isn't the best, but hell, you're getting a HOTAS for under 50 bones!
    • Both in terms of placement and how many you get is great.-Cheap-Best entree level HOTAS-Auto mapped support for very many flight sims-Plug and play
    • IF you are considering a more expensive HOTAS, you should realize that you are paying primarily for more BUTTONS, NOT more QUALITY.

    • Nice budget Hotas setupI have had this for a few weeks now and played MS Flight Simulator X and Elite with it
    • great HOTAS flight
    • In space sims, you don't need to worry about your ship stalling or going into a spin because you were too erratic with the controls, but in a ww1 or ww2 game, planes can stall out very easily so you will find yourself becoming very frustrated using this HOTAS
    • I ended up using the standard ps3 controller which was slightly better then the Hotas
    • A more expensive HOTAS will usually have better materials and more switches on them, right?)As a CHEAP HOTAS, though, it's great
    • It's still over all a good joystick with a nice HOTAS feature(full sized seperatable throttle) with tool included
    • Awesome HOTAS for the price.
    • Cannot recommend this HOTAS enough
    • Prefer over expensive hotas
    • I would give it four stars for its place as the only affordable HOTAS option for Elite Dangerous, if it weren't for the fact that my yaw control has deteriorated to working at full twist or not at all
    • This may not have all the bells and whistles of more expensive HOTAS setups, but for under $50 brand new, I feel this is an incredible deal.
    • Amazing HOTAS for the money
    • The BEST hotas for the price bar none
    • Great HOTAS for the price.
    • Being able to tell players what to do or being able to say quotes from other Ace Combat titles was missed using this HOTAS.- You'll have to adjust some controller settings in Steam to make this HOTAS not read like an XBOX 360 controller
    • However, I will admit that the T-Flight Hotas X isn't the best HOTAS I could ever get

    • After over a years worth of some hard Elite Dangerous playing, I can honestly say you will not buy a better HOTAS for the money
    • When I received it, I found the packaging was eye candy and well packed, to protect the Hotas.
    • Get a better HOTAS if you want that, or just get the joystick version of this with the throttle on the joystick.
    • Cheap Hotas, easy to set upCon: Don't feel connected to the aircraft, the throttle is especially loose
    • A non stable hotas ruins the immersion.
    • Awesome HOTAS for the price.
    • Best Hotas I have ever bought for such a great price it works perfectly and is so durable
    • The stick on the T.Flight is much sturdier than my old Saitek, and overall this HOTAS feels a lot more durable
    • This HOTAS is good for the money you spend
    • I'll just be swallowing this loss and buying a better HOTAS in the future.
    • Overall it's a great value and a good starting first HOTAS.
    • This is an awesome starter HOTAS
    • Recommended for an emergency replacement of another more expensive Hotas or as an entry level unit
    • No, it does not have as many buttons and switches as other far more expensive HOTAS units on the market
    • Would recommend to anyone who wants an affordable hotas that still delivers quality performance.
    • Flight stick and throttle+ Flight stick is very smooth and adjustable+ Setup is easy+ great button layoutCons- Detaching the throttle from the flight stick , the cable is very short and can not extend- Not enough buttons for you hardcore people and some gamesAll in All this is a great Hotas, Specially for the price, If i had a larger desk and could place my keyboard off to the left side and still have access to it as well as this on my right, or the cable between the flight stick and throttle was longer i could have my keyboard in the middle (which was more ideal for me
    • The HOTAS is well thought out, easily customizable buttons and great features like adjustable resistance of the joystick and the ability to separate the controllers
    • Everyone else expects you to pay $300-$500 for their 'enthusiast' level HOTAS variant.
    • A non stable hotas ruins the immersion.

    • ~- One of the cheapest HOTAS sticks you'll
    • If you don't have a lot of money and you want a rugged HOTAS, this is also a good HOTAS in those terms as well
    • I've had the logitech for a year, and I thought that it was too sensitive, and I heard that this hotas is a lot less sensitive
    • But with the growing number of buttons and functions with games like Elite and SC, the HOTAS becomes more important
    • I think I will be grabbing one of the more expensive HOTAS setups.
    • Very good HOTAS for the price
    • I needed a HOTAS for Elite Dangerous and as a beginner this is a really good HOTAS.
    • Great starter HOTAS sticks
    • Overall, adequate entry-level HOTAS.
    • Nice HOTAS stick

    • Cannot recommend this HOTAS enough
    • Being able to tell players what to do or being able to say quotes from other Ace Combat titles was missed using this HOTAS.- You'll have to adjust some controller settings in Steam to make this HOTAS not read like an XBOX 360 controller
    • It took a while to get the controls exactly how I wanted them, but after that it's smoooth sailin'!Great hotas!
    • My quest for a programmable usb joystick and throttle combination for XP led me to the super affordable T-Flight Hotas USB Controller.
    • my first one, so I have nothing to compare, but works great with Elite and MS flight Sim - as a
    • The throttle is smooth and solid with plenty of buttons to use which are located perfectly for index finger and thumb control, it also has a center zone that clicks in at zero throttle which I love as it keeps me from sliding into reverse in the heat of things
    • not annoyingly so and works just as good as
    • I really hate when sticks already come a little loose as they just worsen over time
    • I use the controller with the FS as-well-as with ATS games and for me, it's simply works great and at what I feel at a very fair price.
