It keeps catching like there is plastic on plastic contact and as if there was no lubricant at all
-
NOT cheap plastic and NOT flimsy
-
The product is made of hard durable plastics.

, maybe some sort of softer plastic or something would do for the buttons.)

At first I was skeptical because it appeared to me that the Thrustmaster T-flight stick might be made of cheap light weight plastic and just wouldn't feel right
-
The plastic creaks a bit like plastic does, but it works very well, is sensitive enough, and has good button placement
-
Other high end throttle and stick sets feel more solid and less plastic but this is cosmetic
-
feels light due to price, but the plastic doesn't feel hollow when you tap it.
-
Joystick and throttle are very responsive and ergonomic despite being made completely of hard plastic
-
Overall, I was concerned about the cheap plastic feel and the "Made in China" logo
-
It's made out of very sturdy metal and thick plastic

I was a little curious if this was going to be a "cheap plastic" joystick, but in fact it is a GREAT joystick!!
-
All in all, my verdict is that it's a great value for what you pay andTHE GOOD:- Solid (plastic

I was sceptical about a Hotas that was this inexpensive because I thought it would be a cheap plastic one.

Construction is solid, good plastic, it survived a 3 foot drop (don't let excited dogs near your rig) and works like the day I pulled it from the box

Buttons feel like cheap plastic so don't mash them

At $49.99 you might expect somewhat limited functionality and a cheap, plastic feel.
-
Nice shape / comfortable grips.- Throttle stick has a nice "catch" zone at 0 value, letting you easily kill your speed without switching into reverse.~ CONS ~- Cheap and noisy plastic construction.- Catchy, inaccurate movement on every axis of the joystick.- Huge deadzones that the configuration software won't fix.- Short cord between the sticks makes fitting a keyboard between pretty difficult

Made of fairly cheap plastic, this is going to wear out after a while.
-
The throttle is realy bad with more dead-zone and after a month of use the throttle got so loose i.e. not staying in place.i wedged some thin plastic into the sides of the throttles joints to give it more friction
-
Beyond the poor movement and feel of the stick, the cheap plastic makes a groaning/squeaking sound that I wasn't able to ignore, though I imagine this might have gradually improved if I had taken the time to break in the stick and wear down whatever component was causing the sound
-
Inside structure is thin plastic garbage that was cracked in one place rendering a button unusable, but was easily fixed with some superglue.
-
Does not have force feedback... does not have 125 buttons... looks kind of cheap plastic, pros say it has a very large "deadzone"... bla bla bla

Works great (P_N_P) on Win7 Pro.

The throttle is smooth and solid with plenty of buttons to use which are located perfectly for index finger and thumb control, it also has a center zone that clicks in at zero throttle which I love as it keeps me from sliding into reverse in the heat of things
-
not annoyingly so and works just as good as

I really hate when sticks already come a little loose as they just worsen over time
-
I use the controller with the FS as-well-as with ATS games and for me, it's simply works great and at what I feel at a very fair price.
