We haven't had the party yet, but did a test run and this works great, with a great picture quality.

Sound was on point, the quality of the picture was very clear and it was easy to operate when we stopped to load our movie (streaming it).For a different movie experience without leaving your home, pop some corn at the home, invite family and impress them

The sound quality is ok, but I preferred just hooking up a portable speaker to the headphone jack and it was even better.
