They do their job, and cut down on the pain I had on my eyes from staring at screens for 10+ hours a day, but they are a super cheap plastic material, and have a weird yellow tint that is DEFINETELY noticeable

I would definitely recommend these for someone who gets mild to moderate headaches from exposure, however as a migraine sufferer I would reccomend ones with more protection and darker tint

I had them for 4 months, didnt even wear them everyday, was very careful with them and kept them safely in a desk drawer and the plastic frame just broke as I was taking them off.
