The adjustable light works pretty smoothly, although I'll probably be keeping it all the way up most of the time as I use it for tracing drawings onto cardstock or thicker paper

But this light pad is made very poorly as others said the USB port comes out very easily pretty much making in a useless light pad made with no way of properly holding the USB port

The light can be dimmed or brightened, and there is a ruler on the screen to keep things straight.

First thing I did was check how bright the tablet could get which you can in fact see through 140lb watercolor paper so that was impressive and the light is adjustable with just a simple press and hold of the power button
