personally I use it to take the peach fuzz off my face so my face is smoother and applying on makeup is too!

so I am mildly confused as to that category, but I have SUPER sensitive skin, and this works great!

It handle well in my hand and when up against skin as well as against some rough spots

and I dislike waxing as it irritates my skin
