There are two hooks where you hang the controllers and as mentioned in other reviews you have to put them in reverse from what the instructions show

have pictures of all the headsets except the indexTLDR: if you plan to put these in any place that fall damage may hurt controllers, do not purchase!

It does a fine job of holding my expensive headset and controllers on my desk.
