All the controls are easy to use and understand their functions

As others have mentioned, the controls are quite stiff so someone with aching joints might have a problem operating it

crumb tray is not easily removed, the requirement to turn toaster upside down puts crumbs all over the insides, a slide out tray would be much betterThe timer should be the top control and should be easier to read, specific increments by seconds would be much better than guessing at minutes or fractions thereof

racks in the oven fall down/out frequently and the controls are not accurate or easy to use.
