Heat is a battery's enemy, and a car can get pretty damn hot

Second, If you don't unplug the mirror from the cigarette lighter, the mirror will kill your battery, it has happened to me so many times, and it is really annoying having to unplug the camera when you get out the car, and plug it in when you get in

Third, the battery in the mirror is complete garbage, it will say the battery is full, then as soon as you unplug it, it says battery low, powering off soon

but, you would have to unplug and plug in the mirror every time you get out your car, unless you would like to deal with a dead battery.

One of the units I ordered the battery was defective and the seller replaced
