If you are buying this product, just keep in mind that you might be one of the lucky few who might get non-faulty products, but you are also taking a chance in being in my situation and end up disappointed

I finally gave up, no one should have to put this much effort to fix a defective product and tape the box back together to ship the product back

The instructions were really straightforward, and I saw assembly videos ahead of time.0/5 faulty product - During the assembly, I noticed a weird extra hole in the middle segment

I still was able to screw the bottom segment to the middle just fine, but that is the first clue of a faulty product

I have only marked it down on the stars because of the bad instructions, but overall a brilliant product.

and I'm sure it will just get dented and not totally smashed like an el cheap-o lamp
