When support is contacted I am told this is a legacy unit and support is no longer available

We are senior citizens and found it easy to use, even if we lost contact in tunnels or remote mountains, or turned it off; it reverted back to the original setting without having to start over.

Occasionally, left and right seemed to be confused, and we were taken down some very narrow streets as well as in circles a couple of times.
