When using the GPS in Europe multiple times after the Safety Camera Alert went off the speed indicator on the GPS would freeze

I rented a car in Toulon, which fortunately had built in GPS, because this unit continually struggled to lock, would lose its fix at the most inopportune time and was so slow to update that it was completely worthless as I tried to navigate through the tight streets of France.
