I relly recommend TomTom to change the information on the advertisement, explaining that Outdoor swimming, refer only for pools and even if it is at outdoor the GPS function will not be enabled

Now I am stuck with this defective unit and TomTom is telling me that I need to sent it back to USA just to be verified by the tech support

I hope TOMTOM will make some improvement in future

When I contacted the tomtom support team to resolve the issues, they took my information and had a representative call me back

I'm really enjoying my new tomtom

Sorry TomTom, it is a expensive piece of junk...

but i suggest TomTom fix these issues and support more devices quicker

Love this TomTom.

It was okay at first, then Tomtom recently improved their MySports app for logging activity and it was a huge improvement

I purposely ran various designs on roads to see how accurately the three would track; the TomTom was dead on; you could actually read what I ran on the road.

Once I had to unlink the watch from my phone and relink it, but I haven't had to do that again, so I know TomTom is making improvements.

The tomtom support team emailed me suggesting to reset the watch and download and update

I decided that TomTom was worth a try

Color me disappointed, TomTom

I'm very dissapointed about it as it is my 2nd broken tomtom running watch

First of all, I loved my Nike TomTom

One big problem, which should be an easy fix TomTom, every time i did an update (2 since i bought it) on the software it didn't keep my setting

I think TOMTOM has not been honest with their customers and marketed this as a waterproof watch that can be used for swimming even though this watch can not operate well in water.

Hopefully TomTom could help rectify this issues.
