Before I discovered these scissors, I purchased a pair of professional surgical scissors at nearly $60 that were recommended to me by numerous unmounted stamp sellers as the best available for cutting/trimming rubber.

I really really wanted to love these but they are no where near close to as sharp as I would have liked and have a tough time cutting through double layers of cardstock.
