I wasn't abusing the product, I was only in the process of putting it on my guitar, on the 2nd fret and it broke

This product worked fine for a few weeks of casual play, but after that, I noticed that it was harder and harder to get a clean tone out of the strings no matter where I placed the capo.

Took a while to ship but great product

Don't blame a solid product for your inability to buy the correct equipment for your instrument.
