They sent dark brown instead of medium brown

I ordered dark brown, and it was completely black.

I have fairly dark rich brown

It’s pretty easy to use but beware that with medium brown hair , dark brown looks black and noticeable.

Only problem is the color, the dark brown has a ton of purple fibers.

Color is off (ordered light brown, this is dark grayish-brown); difficult to land the powder where I want; sticks more to head than hair giving a bizarre scalp look; rubs off on hands & clothing - nothing good about this

Just used this product last week... it works good .. but my complaint is that the color I ordered was Dark Brown/

It smelled better, worked better, matched my hair better (a dark brown with an auburn tint) is natural, and is FAR more economical than this product

The light brown actually looks like moss GREEN and is very unattractive
