My pad was glued together incorrectly so the paper doesn't lay flat

The glue at the top isn't right so that when you try to tear pages off it will leave tattered edges at the top and your torn page looks bad.

Then the top has this glue that keeps all the pages stuck together

Unfortunately, as some other reviewers have stated, the top glue seam can be pretty defective
