    • Toshiba sent Best Buy onsite to look at the TV but because it wasn't showing the green line when the tech came, we're out of luck

    • We bought this TV directly from Best Buy and had it professionally installed by their Geek Squad .Being a brand new product the technicians were new at this and could not set up all of the advertised features , such as integration with our Echo Dot .We really like the sharpness and clarity of the picture but are just getting the basic functions available via our cable box despite the Ethernet setup

    • Tv malfunctioned and would not work one month outside of warranty, neither Best Buy nor Toshiba would give any options for reduced replacement or repair.
    • The Best Buy staff indicated that this was not a routine problem with that TV, but I was able to return the TV to Best Buy who then coordinated a full refund through Amazon.com for which I was grateful.
