When I tried to explain my issue with the instructions and download, tech support suggested that I was too stupid to own this product.

But I was informed by Toshiba tech support that it won't back up any attached hard drives or flash drives, which defeats the entire reason I bought this hard drive, as my main hard drive on my computer is pretty small

It's possible that I was dealing with an unhappy employee but the entire tech support team was copied on the emails, which suggest to me that the technician had the support of the entire staff in berating me.

When I called tech support they told me there was a different phone number of hard drives (Which was not listed on their website)

Contacted tech support because I had a problem with a download.

I called the tech support and Olivia just ADVISED ME TO GO TO BEST BUY and ask them to help me with accessing my files

I’ve installed about 10 games on it and also store huge media and program files to it and haven’t even broke 3/4’s of it yet
