Toshiba external hard drive I have purchased

The Toshiba external hard drive Works fantastic haven't had any problems with

Most likely it's a bad connection on the micro-B to the hard drive

This external hard drive was very easy to use (really all I had to do was plug it in to my laptop) and it’s saved so much space on my laptop hard drive

The hard drive arrived very fast, however, the box and plastic was smashed

With the techs help, it was determined that the hard drive was defective and I should return it directly to Toshiba rather than through Amazon for a gift card refund, since I was past the 30 day return window.

I use this drive partly for games and it works without issue

This is a great portable hard drive with tons of storage capacity

The external surface of the hard drive does get scratched easily so I’d get some type of protective carrying bag if you plan to use it portably.

Then I have to transfer my files on another hard drive and format their toshiba to make it usable only on pc

When I called tech support they told me there was a different phone number of hard drives (Which was not listed on their website)

Me, being used to reviews of tech and other things that mostly work being reviewed by people who have limited knowledge of technology, thought that Toshiba was a great company and as long as I am gentle with it the hard drive it should be totally fine

These Toshiba Canvio external hard drives are the best

But I was informed by Toshiba tech support that it won't back up any attached hard drives or flash drives, which defeats the entire reason I bought this hard drive, as my main hard drive on my computer is pretty small

This hard drive is remarkably small but has a TON of storage!!

It won't even work as USB drive
