We bought two of these phones and love them and ask ourselves why would anyone want a more expensive phone?These phones are really nice.

The CS representatives constantly contradict each other as to the nature of problems, go through an hour long process of trying to activate the phone, receive an error, and transfer the call to someone else to completely start the process over
