The fit wasn't as tight as I like, but I put in a small shim to keep it super snug.

The fit is not quite as snug as the factory-issued plug, but it hasn't fallen out yet.

I tried it on my 1990 4Runner and it is a perfect snug fit.

In my 2003 it fits snug enough that it doesn't fall out, but you'll want to just remove it beforehand to be safe
