Where others I’ve had you need to find the sweet spot to start charging, this one starts charging every time.

But even when the blue light has been on all night, the phone will have typically will hold only a fraction of its capacity (although I have managed to find that sweet spot a few times to get a 100% charge).It would be a mistake to think that this has any more power than any other charger

Like most wireless charging stations you have to move your phone around a little to get that sweet spot so your phone can charge

With my smaller phone I had some issues with getting the phone placed in the right spot to charge but not with my new bigger android phone.

Note: It took me a little time to find "the Sweet Spot" in just how to lay my phone on the disc to initiate charging
