It does have awesome range (assuming what you're connecting also has A.C. band wireless)

I was hoping that this router and its external antennae would increase the effective range of the wireless signal relative to the router built-in to the cable company's cable modem, since our house is rather large.

5 ghz band is extremely fast and has good range compared to the gateway Comcast provides, I was able to pull 160 mb/s at about 50 feet through walls and 180 mb/s at about 10 feet same room on a 150 mb/s xfinity connection.

Router was easy to setup and has good range, however, I have had issues with using complex pssphrases on the wifi said, seems it doesn't always accept connections if passphrase is too complex for some reason.

i can't in good judgment give the item low stars, the item works as it should, but the seller on the other hand, should make it very clear for buyers what GHz their item uses

Worked exactly as I expected.

Pressing TPS button on router changed my existing wifi password, as well as giving it to the new _Ext device, with no word to me about what that new password was

As such, their site should not be trusted nor relied on for any downloads or support as it is highly vulnerable to attacks and hacks that could inject malware into downloads.

The ethernet port works as well as if it was from the router itself.

We disabled the router on our cable modem as it was flaking out.

However, it does seem like the internet service doesn't crash as often as it did with the service's router,

2.4G wifi dead after 10 months

It has worked in 2.4g relatively well, but couldn't keep up with our small family of 4. 5g is fine when it decides to work, however very finicky and drops signal often

5G became intermittent after 6 or 7 months and failed entirely at 10 months

Also, whenever there's a heavy network activity (I have 1G fiber connection), the router freezes and has to be rebooted

The 5G will be delivering internet but the 2.4 will just lose internet connection

The reason I bought this was because I couldn't get a 5G signal to work with my old router, and with all on the 2.4Ghz band the service was pretty slow.
