    TP-Link AC1750 Smart WiFi Router - Dual Band Gigabit Wireless Router, 802.11ac Internet Router, Wireless routers for home(Archer C7)

    • Their tech support policies....SUCK
    • Called their tech support and spoke with several support people but had a difficult time understanding their heavy foreign accents.
    • I was told by the tech support that I could only be helped by the person I had been corresponding with via email (could not switch to a new support agent).
    • Waited 1 hr and 30 minutes for tech support to see if it could be salvanged and finally aborted the call and purchase a Netgear from Best Buy.
    • If you buy this product don't purchase it because you believe the 2 year warranty will be honor because tech support sucks.

    • I have about 2 MB/s download speeds from my ISP that comes through my router, the TP-Link has a good connection displaying a green light, multiple different devices connect (desktop, laptop, smartphone) and all have strong strength signal, yet ALL devices are experiencing slow speeds as bad as 1 KB/s per second

    • I bought this to replace my twelve year old cheap-o Cisco router because with four people and about a dozen devices in our home, I hoped a new router would speed things up.
