    TP-Link AC3150 Wireless Wi-Fi Router - High Performance Wave 2 Wi-Fi 4K Streaming Gaming (Archer C3150 V2)

    • Calling TP-Link, Tech support informed me that the unit can not be repaired, and I should get an RMA and send the AC5400 to TP-link
    • And shocker their tech support line won't pick up the phone.
    • Their tech support switched me to another department who told me they needed to control my computer remotely
    • After going in circles with tech support and constantly having to start from the beginning we finally gave up
    • Tech support staff was kind but had no tech knowledge.
    • The tech support said they contacted an engineer and there response was there must be something wrong with the router.

    • Adding on top of that was the necessity for me to often have to play tech support when the old router went down, which meant I had to turn all sorts of creative solutions to manage the device

    • I reached out to tech support and they mentioned that there is a way to back up your settings so it is easier to restore.
