    TP-Link AC5400 Wireless Tri-Band Wi-Fi Router (Archer C5400)

    • They do not stand behind it and pity the poor customer who bought it.
    • I have had similar poor customer support on Google Fi
    • I had a bit of difficulty hooking it up because of the Frontier router/modem combo but the Google help line was fantastic, the best customer service I've experienced.
    • Had to reboot it 2 to 4 times every other day, had to deal with horrible customer service who always pretended to have never heard of the issues, the very weak 2.4ghz band, the horrible unstable 5ghz... wasted money on two Netgear extenders, Netgear sent me another X6 and was the same exact problem
    • So, do you a favor, stick with well known brands that can support their customers
    • The 2 year warranty is nice, but when their product fails, the customer shouldn't be the one to pay for shipment and wait until the defective unit is inspected to get a replacement.
    • This is EXTREMELY poor customer service.
    • I know is that in the US we have become accustomed to excellent customer service and at times like this i really miss that quality customer service.
    • For the price, that is poor customer service.
    • I have a rule on buying ANY electronic device over $100, BUY the extended warranty!I researched the Knight Hawk products but was scared off by the reviews of the terrible customer service.
    • NitroQAM technology, stable, strong consistent signal, fast and easy setup, router more suitable for very large homes or business with many devices, tether app very resourceful, customer service top notch, well made, excellent 2 year warranty, 24/7 tech support,CONS
    • BAD, BAD CUSTOMER / TECHNICAL SERVICE.DON' BUY ONHUB TP-LINK
    • Ask that I attach a picture of the onhub plugged in with the light showing to indicate the issue with the onhub(makes no sense as routers are a bit more complicated than that and basically says, I don't trust the customer).
    • The single WORST customer experience I've ever had with any item EVER
    • Based on the purchase price, I expected good customer service.
    • true customer support.
    • The customer support process is unfathomably idiotic.
    • I called TP-Link customer support to discuss the dropping out of the 5ghz band, but the customer no-service rep could not even understand the problem I was describing
    • What I can't live with, is the absolute deplorable customer service I am receiving trying to get this product RMA'd and exhanged.
    • Needless to say, I've been a loyal customer
    • A fantastic product with incredible customer support.
    • Worst customer service in the world!!!
    • Looks great, reliable, fairly user friendly interface and SUPERIOR customer service
    • I honestly think this router was designed to rip off customers who previously supported google
    • Needless to say, I've been a loyal customer
    • Worst Customer Service ever
    • Trust me when I say there are better routers out there and a customer support team that is more than willing to
    • My Asus would still do about 24MB/s, but the internet would practically die when the transfers were going on.3
    • It has an old tech look about it and is pretty big compared to the aforementioned cheaper router`s, but if you have burn money, then I would recommend this router.
    • n’t look nearly as much like a spaceship as other routers in its class
