    TP-Link AC5400 Wireless Tri-Band Wi-Fi Router (Archer C5400)

    • Unfortunately the router is crippled by idiotic software implementation that compromises security and provides less features than my tp-link router from 5 years ago
    • Going to have to RMA and get replacement from TP-link after only 4 months in service :(TP-Link AC3150 Wireless Wi-Fi MU-MIMO Router has a lot of potential that is wasted by horrible software implementation
    • Software is very user friendly
    • Strong hardware, but weak software...
    • Software and control is pretty good
    • Its a shame because it just seems like very poor software implementation on what otherwise seems to be good hardware
    • Difficult complex google software to setup the router.
    • It may have been a defect in the hardware or buggy software, but for the price I wasn't willing to experiment with another exchange.
    • The software is the biggest drawback to this router

    • I went from a single band to this triple band as well as from a 10Mbit to 100Mbit service
    • Good wifie connection is on all 3 inside levels of my house as well as in my back yard and front yard
    • I now have service on the third floor as well as in the garage on the first floor all with this single router
    • As typical with devices like these, I upgrade the firmware to make sure I have the latest features, it is running as good as it can, etc
