    • Their tech support switched me to another department who told me they needed to control my computer remotely
    • This was impossible to get back up and working, and the tech support was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

    • The first tech support agent blamed it on "Smart Connect" being enabled with IP reservations
    • Spent over 4hrs with tech support so far and they absolutely REFUSE to provide an RMA number so it can be returned under their warranty.

    • I reached out to tech support and they mentioned that there is a way to back up your settings so it is easier to restore.

    • It's funny because when I first tried setting up the router I called RCN and NEST and the tech support guys both said that the Google OnHub router should not give me better performance over the Linksys E2500 because they were both dual band rputers with the same specs
    • And shocker their tech support line won't pick up the phone.

    • After she changed some voicemail settings, she asked me to try calling the tech support number again, finally I was able to reach a more reasonable phone automated message that directed me to make selections but after I waited for an hour to speak to a live person, I got disconnected

    • though the box shows Archer C5200.Returning to Costco, buy another brand!Note: I did try tech support for TPLINK - both via phone and email.. email is automated to open a case, no reply!

    • It has an old tech look about it and is pretty big compared to the aforementioned cheaper router`s, but if you have burn money, then I would recommend this router.
