Why should waste 6 hours of my time to try and get help, are they going to pay me for waiting 6 hours

I wasted over an hour trying to get this piece of junk to work with no success

Spent a few hours via chat sessions, and phone sessions ... lost phone conversations twice ... long hold times ... had to re-explain things

Worked for a solid hour or two until it started literally smoking white smoke out of it asking for a refund.

After an exasperating hour, I took it to our pro IT guys and they initially thought I was an idiot

Every device now lose WiFi connection every 2-3 hours.
