    • (4) My attempt to contact tech support resulted in a very difficult conversation with a person who had a very hard time with English.
    • Also, I spoke with a tech support person from TP-Link, who had no comment about their software, but attempted to help me set up the router.
    • I have NEVER had a tech support person call me when I hadn't been on the phone with them that day, and this happened twice.
    • A LOT OF PATIENCE AND DON'T MIND MAKING REPEATED CALLS TO TECH SUPPORT, YOU MAY GET
    • The next day, TP-Link "tech support representative" CALLED ME AT HOME and said he wanted to continue setting up my router.
    • I called Comcast tech support and was suggested to disconnect my router and connect my computer to Comcast cable modem directly
    • When I looked up my order to try and return it, the window of return or tech support had past.
    • He did this twice, so I spoke with the same "tech support representative" 3 times.
    • I did have the opportunity to contact their customer service and tech support people and they are very responsive
    • It's also unusual in my experience to have 3 calls with the same tech support representative.
